Oh fuck YES.

This would've gone very nicely next to the track Forever Delayed, built to be played in stadiums without sacrificing integrity (hello PFAYM). The important thing here is they sound like they mean it, it's got balls. Loads more interesting than anything off SATT and the first two seconds on repeat would be better than anything on PFAYM. Ok it isn't the post/punk/disco/rock thing promised for the album, but we've heard elements of that in the other tracks. It's clearly a single, and possibly the best they've done since Found that Soul.

Bring on the album, NOW.

I still flat out despise most of you for entirely arbitrary reasons. Not you though, Francis. Cos you do epic hugs.

Somebody spilt my popcorn but it definitely wasn't me. And I wish y'all would stop PMing me about lollipops. I ain't sharing.

It would have been so fucking sweet if that were the case. Maybe we'll be treated to a demo version of the track with guitar instead? Here's hoping.

It's not bad, spits in the face of anything from PFAYM anyway.

I think I prefer most of PFAYM lyrically. I found myself cringing at the lines in the other songs too. Bit worried about Futurology so far...

It's up there for best single release since FTS. Structurally, its same old, same old but musically its awesome. I still can't believe the theme of the song as a single but its cool regardless.

Yeah this is really good. Really exciting direction, exactly what I've been wanting from them with the way they've teased with the electronic flourishes on some of the b-sides from the last few albums. The 80s synths are a bit random but really good, a clever touch. This is the first Futurology song I've heard (I've skipped all the live premieres), this is making me really looking forward to the album.
