Sad to see that Wire's bought into Sherwood's self-promoting 'I blooded the youngsters' nonsense. Gave Bentaleb a debut, that's it. He was out of his depth at that point too.

Hasn't Nicky already said that that's a lyric in 'Together Stronger'? It would be pretty funny if this guy has stolen it before the song is even released.

Pah, turns out to be over £6 for a CD single. Sadly don't think I'll bother as I don't care about a remix as a b-side. Sorry guys, shouldn't charge so much!

Just ordered it. Quite pleased theres a physical release. £6 isn't too bad, i've seen some others for alot more (though they probably had more tracks).

If so they've both nicked it from this great book that Nicky wrote the preface for :

My favourite bit of that book is the caption of a photo saying something along the lines of 'John Charles challenging the keeper for a header, the keeper suffered 2 broken ribs and left the field at half time', it was a man's game back then I tell you

Saying that based on that cover photo they all look like they're off to knock some heads together too, cheer up lads ,it's only a game.
