Ok so this was difficult. In no particular order some of my 10 favorites are:

Motown Junk
Comfort Comes
Donkeys
Sepia
Prologue To History
Little Trolls
Close My Eyes
Boxes and Lists
Judge Yourself
Sculpture Of Man

This can change depending on days and moods though. ;-)

Motown Junk isn't generally considered a b-side. Tbh I wouldn't count Judge Yourself or Door To The River b-sides either, since they clearly don't have corresponding a sides. But meh, t doesn't really matter anyway, choosing ten favourite b-sides is just for fun really anyway, as for most people including your opinions on songs vary and you can like things virtually equally for different reasons, it would be like ranking your friends or favourite colours, fun but arbitrary mostly

Wasn't aware of this. I realize a b-side needs to have a corresponding a-side, but in my opinion any song that doesn't appear on a proper studio album can be considered a "b-side".

Looking at some of these I think I love the b-sides better than a lot of the a-sides.

I have to agree. I've created 6 complete CDs worth of Manics b-sides now since I've filled in my missing collection, each with around 18 tracks on it. That doesn't include the 7th of just acoustic versions of songs. I got tons of Manics music to tide me over.
