They never really go to much above 25-30 on ebay and they appear alot.

Going for 250 doesn't exactly mean anyone is buying them for that or at least intentionally knowing they are bootlegs.

If I was a bit more of a twat, I'd bid £74.

Those copies aren't worth much above the tenner they were first going for. If you go to any of the regular record fairs you'll find one every time. If he wanted £400 he must have thought you were a complete mug.

Oof. Nice one there Tim! I only own 4 manics albums (one of them being their greatest hits) and a You Love Us (Heavenly) 12". I obviously need to step up my game.

Thanks to eBay I have doubled my Manics collection in the space of 3 months. But there is much more still to get, so the quest continues!!

I don't even want bootlegs and such, I just want all the albums and singles on CD and vinyl, all the rare releases on CD and vinyl (like Underdogs and stuff), all the DVDs and VHS (which I have), and just bits and pieces then. I don't want live bootlegs or posters or ticket stubs lol

I don't want to think about the cost, lol....I think I only need one more 12" to complete the regular releases.

Oh God. I wouldn't either. That's the only thing holding me back from actually trying to do this collecting business. I'm quite glad I don't have money sometimes because I know that all I'd spend it on would be Manic records. :/

Actually, I take that back. I'm never glad I don't have money.
