It is unlikely, but it's hardly impossible to not like all of the songs a band outputs. Clearly the more songs a band produces the more likely it is you won't like songs but there's always a chance you'll like everything.

Land of Talk are quite a new band who've only got 24 songs on records so far but I genuinely like every one of them. For a more established act Black Rebel Motorcycle Club is the one band that I like every song of.

There are some Manics songs that I find middling but there aren't any songs I'd always skip, but there are clearly some I do skip at times. Autumnsong is one that I can listen to, but it's more a feeling of it being average rather than me hating it.

I think the question is more: HOW have you heard early practices and what can you tell us to make us actually believe you?

I think the only thing we can be certain about is that it won't sound like 70s Queen. I do imagine it'll be more upbeat though. Actually I am kinda predicting SATT or EMG Part 2.

When did they patch things up? I'd have jokingly assumed that it was more likely that James was next to somebody in a Thunderbirds outfit than Kelly Jones, and that he'd been photoshopped in there.

Did they ever have a fight? I know Nicky said something about them in his T in The Park batshit crazy ranting but I always thought it was something the media tried to hype up despite there being nothing there. I remember the South Wales echo making out there'd been a huge spat over the fact the Manics didn't ask the Phonics to play the Millennium concert, but, noep never ehard of any great falling out.

I thought that spat occured because the Manics DID ask them and they turned it down for their own main gig?

Wasn't there another rumour(seems pretty unlikely) that when the Manics and Phonics were recording near eachother (2006 i believe), James borrowed or used Kelly's SG.?

Am i making any sense?

After hearing about and hearing the T in The Park incident I thought they had a bit of a dislike for each other, and just general comment over the years I thought they didn't like each other until more recent years.

I can't remember the how it went - someone will relate it correctly, but the Manics smashed their equipment, after Stereophonics tried to do the same previously, but they pissed off the Manics for some reason, saying something?
