Maybe You should take Donkey's "how to be the right Manics fan" lessons.

Wow, I think I need some sleep

I'll stick with actually liking the band's music and dismissing the negativity.

1)the best: that's me
2)the average: don't likes Revol, likes YLU: Bradfield, Wire, Moore etc.
3)the worst: even likes Revol: Richian, franny etc.

4) The Gutless Wonder: likes all Manics songs!!!!

Franny is cool.

YES! This is what I was going to come into this thread to suggest.

By the way, Donkeys, what planet are you on exactly where "You Love Us" is regarded as one of the Manics' worst songs? *puzzlement* GT may be one long cheesy hard-rock fest, but that song is practically their anthem, and is absolutely delicious and invigorating live.

It took me a bit to warm up to "Revol", and that is a quite accurate statement about JDB there I think, hehe. I liked "Love's Sweet Exile" even, erm, before ogling at the video time after time, still my most played track of theirs because of repeat-sessions I get myself into!

It needs to be catchy, and easy to shout. The logical and amazing choice would be PCP.

Yeah, definitely. At the gigs I've been to, can't say I've heard many shouts for Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky, Jackie Collins Existential Question Time, She Bathed Herself In A Bath Of Bleach, The Intense Humming Of Evil or If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next. My favourite shout was Starfucker though.

I shouted for Ifwhiteamericatoldthetruthforonedayit'sworldwouldf allapart once. It was kinda meant as a joke, but they pulled it out on the following tour (PP&F). Result.
