Why don't they just update the official site with decent updates and things instead of this twitter fad that has short sentences which half the time make me go "eh?". I don't get it.

I know what you mean, but Wire knows how to send a text message, I doubt he knows how to update a website, they'd have to get WEK involved and then where would we be?

no, Nicky better should leave the page alone. what would happen if he touched it somehow? and now it's pretty good website (apart from some mistakes with logging in and not too many updates)

Robin Whatshisname, with that library on wheels, still claims it's Nicky

Well this way we can actually get instant updates rather than someone noticing an update on the official site two weeks after it's been released and then everyone collectively cursing the broken newsletter.

I think when they are at the proper announcement stage they will but we're probably a few weeks off that yet - I'm guessing this is more the glimpses to whet your appetitite phase (like historically where they'd put something cryptic on the website) so if anything its more information than less.

Its just excitment building, really - go with it if you like that kinda thing, ignore it and wait if you're not so fussed.

Would be good if they could keep it up for the tour and stuff, would quite like post gig instant analysis from the Wire.

This is just random wire (apparently), which is a different kettle of more interesting fish than sporadic inaccurate WEK updates.
