It's not in any of the setlists on MSPpedia, eep. Probably a long shot but that would be quite cool to hear!

Ah, you're not missing much. I have one but don't really use it. Can't be fucked with logging in just to read shit I don't care much about, and I can't get the internet on my phone because I bought the worst phone in the world. Manics updates get posted here anyway.

Definitely, great doc.

To be fair, it isn't really a surprise after they've told us.

But then again, it's not like they're saying "We're definitely going to play these". They're just rehearsing some songs...

It's funny you should mention that, I was recent wondering how often they do that. On the EMG anniversary DVD, there's a clip somewhere of them rehearsing Further Away. Me and a friend were talking about it, as it didn't look like a 1996 era clip. Apart from James doing an acoustic version in '99, they haven't played that since '97 (to our knowledge). It led us to believe they'd rehearsed it years later, but didn't bother putting it in any sets. Wankers!

Well I meant the news itself being a surprise, obviously not them playing it

When Nicky says ''we are playing Sleepflower' it was probably Wayne saying it to piss off Sean, then James thought, ''fuck it then, here we go''.

Aye, I was there, it was really intense. I kinda expected it because of that rehearsal video on the main site, but they didn't do it the night before so I did wonder. Killer riff, fantastic to finally hear it dusted off.

I just watched a live video of it from Brighton on that tour, and even James seems to be enjoying himself, never mind the crowd. Dunno why they hate it so much. Happy they're rehearsing it again.

Haha I think Nicky's actually yawning during the first few seconds.
