if it was offical i'd have assumed whoever updated the eletronic media did it all in one go and i think some of there messages on twitter a a few days out

No, it's actually the site, I am fairly sure..it was the one they had originally on twitter, before manics postcards appeared.

I had a look at that one and it said it was unofficial tweeting...?

And idk if the new date has been released yet, I've not heard anything from anyone and Absolute said they'd email us as soon as they had one.

As yet I've not heard anything about a new date. I've been keeping an eye on Facebook and Twitter for any announcements, as I'm a +1, but I'm sure the person I'm going with will let me know of the new date.

Who knows, maybe it's not official...I can't find any evidence, but it was around before they got manics postcards...someone else must remember?

It may have been around before postcards but I think it has always been unofficial which is why I got confused.

The new date has been announced!

We have now confirmed the Manic Street Preachers for Wednesday 2nd February 2011.
Doors will most likely open at 7pm but this will be confirmed nearer the time.
