He'd never get through any of the bushtucker things. How's he going to eat insects when all he eats is egg and chips?

Haha I know, but just imagine! He'd be faking faints and everything to get out of trials haha. And he'd be in shorts 24/7!

last week they sold (i think) 2,800, so this week (so far) they must have sold near 6,000.

At least being in Australia would give him a genuine reason to constantly wear sunglasses

Quality news! I wonder when this happens (obviously from appearing on the TV at the weekend) where the people who bought it this week have been previously? Didn't they know the Manics had a new album out? Oh no probably not cos they've not done any promo hardly until now
If it picks up a tad more the album might creep back into the top 40 maybe?!? Defo top 75 though!

FD got back into the top 50 in October, so things can happen!

The dancing show reached about 12 million viewers. People don't listen to the radio anymore. The Manics were off their radar. I know that I don't always hear new stuff. Mainly the same 10 tunes that are played daily.

FD got back in the chart in to 50? News to me. I know it sold a few copies when Postcards was out but didn't release it'd climbed way back up into the charts like that. Good news though.
I'd imagine Postcards to date has sold over 70,000 in the UK, maybe pushing close to 80,000? Who knows. It'll trickle past 100,000 in the future to get a Gold selling status

The Manics should be proud. Three critically acclaimed albums since 2007. Probably all in the top 20-50 year-end lists. Few bands at this stage of their career have achieved that. Well done.

Here here. Some positivity like this is sadly lacking on this forum sometimes.
