No, they haven't sent a replacement just yet. I couldn't have your postcard Shug! I'd feel bad! I've got a signed insert and a spare one from the SKON bundle so I'm not too bad!

I've just got to remember to take the postcard (currently doing time as a bookmark) out of the book before I give it back to the library. That would not be good, but a bonus for the next reader!

How'd you get two inserts? Favouritism, I call it!

Is there anyway it can be traced? Would there be a tracking number on it?

I feel bad that you've had to wait so long, but don't give up! Hopefully it will arrive soon! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that yours will arrive this week!

Ah well, glad most people have got them!

To the people who haven't got them I think it's really time to write Recordstore an email and ask for a replacement to be sent out ASAP - it's unacceptable that you've not got the package by now

Gutless Wonder, we've never talked on here, but I have watched your wait with interest. You're genuinely lovely, get it sorted!!!

Well said 1985, they're stealing your money effectively and the single has been out for about 2 months now, completely unacceptable.

This is more understandable if it's being sent to another country, but the UK? Anything that is shipped that doesn't arrive within 15 working days should be replaced and probably re-sent via courier (as a courtesy).

I did take me 2 months to get the SKON bundle. I sent them emails which they said they didn't get. I ended up finding a phone number from yell.com which I thought was for tehm, but it was for one of the shops (which have nothing to do with the online side of the business) Luckily they sent an email on behalf to the online side and that got things rolling. I had to contact my local sorting office to make sure it wasn't stuck there and then Townsend posted me a form to fill in to say I hadn't recieved my bundle. After I sent that back it wasn't long before I received it. I didn't receive an apology at anytime. I was sceptical to use the site again and only order my PFAYM bundle a few days before it was released, but I did receive that fairly quickly. I do however think it's very bad that they don't have a contact phone number on their website.

Yeah, I'm never using Townsend. If I want to buy something that's potluck as to whether I get something out of it; I get a scratchcard. That's not what purchasing items should be.

I know that I would have appreciated an email advising me that my package would be shipped late. Or even if there was a note on my customer page advising me so.

They are taking the piss.

If anyone wants a template for this type of formal letter there are plenty on the Consumer Direct website and their helpline is pretty good too for clarifying your rights.

Cheers dude! The problem is if Royal Mail have lost the item then can't really blame Townsend if they have sent it out. Just haven't had time to get to the sorting office to check. I'm hoping RM will send it back to Townsend if they have it and then can sort it from there. Sounds like me and Postcards are victims of The Phantom Bundle Thief!
