This company are a complete bunch of cunts, not only are they incompetant but the magazine is total shite (well I suppose I knew that before we started).
I picked one up in Hartlepool town centre (Still 5 left on the shelves). Telephoned to cancel, they now claim its been dispatched on the 6th even tho I'd rang up on 18th and they said it hadnt shipped yet, but they didnt know why. So I need to return the magazine when I recieve it. If a magazine was shipped on the 6th its not gonna be delivered regardless. I've just rang up Nationwide to open a claim against them, lets see how that goes.

I got an email a few days ago saying they sent me a replacement and were ready to dispatch. And they gave me a reference number to go with it. Lord knows what happened to the original I bought. Should be here in 5-12 days apparently.

Im not sure if its already been mentioned but:
Motown Junk is listed as being (album version) ;-). As are most of the tracks on here, which defeats the point of a singles collection surely?

Well if we were talking about a band whose single versions are regularly remixed/heavily changed, it might defeat the point but with Manics the single edits have always been either 1) censoring a swear or 2) chopping an instrumental section off, neither which have ever altered the song drastically other than making it sound a bit awkward. So the fact that they're giving the full versions is a great thing in this case.
Has anyone already done the cultural gift of uploading Endless Plain of Fortune to youtube or something?
