I've sent them a very very angry email too, they deserve all the bile coming their way, really annoyed, especially as I got 3, one for sculptureofabloke and one to send to the lovely Deets.

I suspect it means it's a free gift so they are under no obligation to get that to you, only the magazine, or something.

Getting pretty sick of this myself. Ordered the item at the end of September. Money taken from my account about the 7th of October and still not heard anything.

No copies left in my local WH Smith and now worried i wont be getting a copy through the post either.

Im sure that some people like myself who have found one in smiths and still have the online order coming can pass on the spare.
