I rang them this morning and got the same old waffle, apparently mine was sent on october 5th, so it must have got lost in the post we will send you another. I told them nobody has recieved one as yet and everyone keeps being told the same thing ( been despatched, lost in post ). The reply was, well i'm new here i will look into it because something isn't right! No Shit!!!

What this all means is, you're not going to get your copy until you ring them and force them to sort it out. Emails are ignored and they'll quite happily go with the 'we've already sent it' line until you get them to send 'another'.

I'm still going with the guy on the phone's advice and waiting until the end of the month to ring again.

They said they had a replacement for me ready to send out, 5 days ago they told me that. And said to allow 5-12 days delivery. Just sent another email with my reference number they gave me to ask if it's been sent out.

But as Dancing Kirby said about the emails will mean I probably have to ring again.
