I'm not too bothered about connections, I think I've figured it out, but I still don't know what DLR is Is it an overground tube or what?

Miracles can happen. How far out from London are you?

Lol alright, wiki says it's just a different version of the classic tube, so it shouldn't a problem travelling on it

DLR (Docklands Light Railway) is basically an overground version of the tube (tickets for the tube are also valid for the DLR, as long as you get the correct zones obviously); there's really nothing complicated about it at all. Have a look on www.tfl.gov.uk if you need to plan your journey. The O2 is the North Greenwich stop on the Jubilee line.

Anyone staying in same hotel as me (Travelodge Docklands) or going on same flight (Easyjet Glasgow to Gatwick, 9.55am)?

Our hotel is the Docklands Travelodge. I stayed there for the Manics NME Awards gigs. It was so easy and quick to get to the 02 arena.

I haven't just got myself to consider and I'd have to drive to and from somewhere I've never been to before (been to London but nowhere near the O2 Arena!). Not familiar with the place that my relative has moved to, knowing me I'd accidentally end up on the M25! I'm not too bothered. It would be great to be there but I have seen them twice quite close together and you can't beat a Midlands atmosphere!
