Anyone else not bothered?
Is anyone else apart from myself genuinely not that bothered by the album release?
I hate to say this, but, I don't think I am? In a way I almost feel slightly confused by the whole 'hype' at the moment - the album clearly isn't for the purist - which is fair enough, each band has to evolve or experiment and I have no qualms with that. For me, I just don't feel excited, I might not even attempt to find a ticket for Shepherds Bush.

wouldn't say "not bothered" but not too excited either. which is odd, as i have kind of really liked the two tracks thus far.
priorities shift over the years, i guess. i mean it's great that they are still on the go and making music of interest, but a new album by anyone isn't the be all and end all of life anymore. i fondly remember the days when it was!

I'm excited but I probably have been distracted by other stuff of late, such is life. I'll be bouncing around when I have the album in my hands though!

I'm intrigued but not excited. The two full songs we've heard from the album leave me with nothing more than a shrug and the bside a very similar feeling. The samples of the album on Amazon sound like the prettier bsides from SATT and PFAYM. After a few listens I'm certain I'll enjoy Rewind The Film but I doubt it'll sneak up on me the way Lifeblood did.
