It seems there are actually a few Big singalong type Melodies on this album. Which is kind of ironic as that what was they were going for on Postcards and it seems they've actually done it better here on tracks like Anthem for Lost Cause and Running out Fantasy and couple of others.

They started at breakfast and there's still one track left!

But happily it all sounds great. IMHO at least.

This is the thing, they don't need to TRY to be them, they ARE them. If they just do what they want it comes out naturally.

A little bit of stupid-DJ-overlappage on a few tracks but not as bad as sometimes. Nothing too obnoxious, especially when it's this near to release date.

They've played everything but Rewind The Film (track) and the album-closer, 30 Year War, which I imagine will be played at about 18.55 UK time…

30 Year War sounded like something from an 80's BBC Sci-fi in places. I approve.

Looking forward to picking the album up and spending time with it on Monday.
