And this is the band remember, who said they crammed Forever Delayed: The Greatest Hits full onto one CD only (er… despite there being the 2CD special edition with remixes) because 'otherwise people will complain it's too expensive'. lol.

And I will buy it of course, because I love the band and their work. Is it still exploitation if you fully realise you're being taken advantage of? It's a philosophical conundrum.

So anyway, with all due respect to those who first posted the info:

Official website / Facebook app
Let Robeson Sing (Live at the O2)

Rewind The Film iTunes Deluxe:
A Design For Life (Live at the O2)
Empty Souls (Live at the O2)
(It's Not War) Just The End Of Love (Live at the O2)
From Despair To Where (Live at the O2)

Rewind The Film 2CD Deluxe:
There By The Grace Of God (Live at the O2)
Stay Beautiful (Live at the O2)
Your Love alone Is Not Enough (Live at the O2)
The Love Of Richard Nixon (Live at the O2)
Revol (Live at the O2)

Show Me The Wonder iTunes Single:
Tsunami (Live at the O2)

Amazon one-off MP3:
The Masses Against The Classes (Live at the O2)

Rewind The Film - Japanese 2-disc Limited / Deluxe Edition (CDJapan) (Amazon.co.jp) (HMV.co.jp)
Life Becoming A Landslide (Live at the O2)
Little Baby Nothing (Live at the O2)

----
Japanese 2-Disc Confusion (EDIT: confusion no more, see update below)
*UK iTunes Deluxe tracks were also (now not - see update below) coming up on Japanese Deluxe 2CD version (disc 2), along with another track yet to be confirmed (disc 1) ) Off topic update(!): 'Bonus track appears to be called 'Death Of A Digital Ghost').

UPDATE: There appears to be two listings on the page for the 2-disc Japanese edition now... Not sure how this is going to shake out yet, or which tracklisting is correct, although this second list wasn't there before, so I'm leaning towards this:

Additional / alternate Japanese 2-disc deluxe tracklisting on sonymusicshop.jp site:
[DISC: 2]
[…]
13. There By The Grace Of God (Live at the O2)
14. Stay Beautiful (Live at the O2)
15. Your Love Alone Is Not Enough (Live at the O2)
16. The Love Of Richard Nixon (Live at the O2)
17. Revol (Live at the O2)
18. Life Becoming A Landslide (Live at the O2)
19. Little Baby Nothing (Live at the O2)

All very odd! But that's another two tracks due for release if LBN and LBAL are on the Japanese 2-disc version.

UPDATE 2: Amazon.co.jp and HMV.co.jp are now listing the second tracklisting above. CDJapan is still listing a UK iTunes tracks version of the album, but as they were first to post a tracklisting, they may have just gone with whatever info they had at the time (the first version). There is an identical catalogue number (SICP-3900) and identical id number for both versions (CD Japan 'JAN' / Amazon.co.jp 'EAN' : 4547366203240), so I don't think there actually will be two Japanese 2-disc editions of Rewind The Film.

UPDATE 3: CDJapan are now also listing the second track listing (with LBAL and LBN). That looks to be the correct one then.

UPDATE 4: The Japanese Sony Music page has removed the first listing, that makes it official then.
----

Will try to remember to update this post as soon I see any others.
thanks for that list. amazon.uk and the japanese bonus tracks are the only ones missing!

Updated the big post now AFALC is released, also on Amazon (currently priced at the same 1.99 deal as iTunes) and 7digital (more expensive at 3.96 - but for 320kbps MP3 files which I think is the highest quality that See It Like Sutherland and She Is Suffering (Live at the O2) have been released in (unless someone can confirm Amazon's MP3s are 320kbps too? They tend to be around 256kbps MP3)). The Show Me The Wonder digital b-sides Tsunami (Live at the O2) and Melancholyme are also on Amazon.co.uk and 7digital.com now too.

Anthem For A Lost Cause iTunes UK EP
Also available at Amazon.co.uk and 7digital.com
She Is Suffering (Live at the O2)

I bought them all, except the 2 rare Japanese tracks. They're not ook Google Play Music either.

Good to know, thanks. I don't know why Amazon can't put the quality of the files on their webpages, it does vary.

Easily done... it's strange they've been doing interviews but barely mentioning AFALC is a single... though it seems to have been getting decent radio plays.

Can you buy the 4 RTF iTunes bonus tracks separately or do you have to purchase the whole album?

You can buy them separately if you want, but right now it's better value to buy the EP if you want 2 or more of the tracks (I suspect the price of the EP might rise after this week, though you never know).
Amazon and iTunes have the EP for £1.99, and 7digital has the EP for £1.89 as I post this. Or else the tracks are (currently) 99p (Amazon/iTunes) - £1.29 (7digital).

Oh, yeah, sorry, not with it today, I mustn't have read your post properly, I somehow thought you meant the AFALC EP.

I'm not sure about the extra O2 album tracks on iTunes, I thought they were album only, but they don't look like they are now... have a try?
