Oh, I thought this was on tomorrow. DOH! I'll wait for a Youtube link. Can't believe they played two songs from Truth, what's that all about? Please tell me it showed a clip of WMTTB at least to promote the album? Man.

they haven't decided to prepare the world for a Truth remaster have they ?

they did show the WMTTB clip and talked about it for all of 2 minutes.

I don't think they've quite grasped the concept of promoting a new album. As lovely as it is to see them on TV at all these days, I'm at a total loss as to why they thought You Stole The Sun needed an airing in the same week they released Futurology. But then I've given up trying to make sense of half the things they do

To be honest, watching all those interviews on Youtube, especially the newer ones, I've often wondered how the Manics manage to remain so calm and polite all the time! Of course it's part of the job to give interviews and to answer questions you've already answered a zillion times before, but even when there's a really, really stupid question they remain patient. Like in that EMG interview, when that German guy calls in, asks about live gigs "at the summer" and starts ranting about how he "hates" his town but likes "Liam" (pronounced /ˈlaɪː.əm/). Or something like that, I actually have no idea what he's on about. Kudos to James for keeping a straight face and not bursting out laughing, esp. when that Davina woman goes: "Oh God, that's AWFUL!"

Did anyone notice that the Presenter said Tolerate was No 1 for 11 weeks!!can't remember that?? thought it was just 1 or 2 weeks it topped the chart
