That could be the issue?
Held it up against vinyls of mine dating from the 60s until last year. Same effing diameter.
Oh, and plays just fine on my cheapo, late nineties, old faithful belt drive turntable.

Still deciding whether to buy or not to buy.

The price keeps going down slightly on Amazon, and from the kinda shitty reviews, I think I might wait until it goes down a bit more. Cheapskate

Need to buy it for completion purposes but hmmmm.

It's beautiful, get it and be happy!

I was so excited about finally getting THB on vinyl. I decided to wait and not put it on until I could take a night off and really savour it. Give it the respect it deserves and all my attention. Finally my night off came, I got the room all comfy and my mind prepared... only for my record player to not work. It's always worked before! Urgh!

Hopefully I can get a new record player soon to listen to the vinyl.

I guess it is gorgeous...it's in my basket on Amazon. Maybe I'll let my fingers slip and buy it

& ahhh that sucks! Hope you get a new one sorted soon, because it's truly a masterpiece

Am I the only one who prefers the original mix? The 10th Anniversary version was way too loud for my taste and the 20th mix is no different, actually it's even louder.

I still seem to favour the tenth anniversary US Mix if I'm honest. That version all but rendered any other version of THB pointless for me for quite a while. But when the 20th Anniversary package came out, I started listening to the remastered UK mix and haven't got around to the 20th anniversary remaster of the US Mix...

the LP skips on Revol :/ they said they'd send me a replacement, I got emails on Christmas Eve and still no stuff. now I'm just sad

Sorry to hear that! The official store are absolutely hopeless about sorting out replacements in an acceptable way. I waited six weeks for my replacement GT boxset, and had to deal with contradictory email replies all the time. Well, whenever they did actually bother to reply that is. But I got it in the end, so I am sure you will, too. Is yours a signed one? Otherwise you might just try to ask for your money back (for a faulty product) and use the refund to buy a new one off Amazon?
