Astoria and LA2 were the worst venues I ever went to. For the Manics gig in 2007 I stupidly wore a tie and blazer and subsequently ended up caked in sweat. I wasn't going to go near the front but when they came on and started with Stay Beautiful I got carried away and pushed my way as close to the front as possible. I'd virtually spilt my entire pint of lager over myself by the end of the second song!

To be fair, that wasn't the venues fault. They didn't make you wear unsuitable attire and spill a pint down yourself
