FUCK!!!!!!!!!
 I've just been slapped with a 20 quid fee from Parcelforce to release my order from HMV Japan (DVD + JFPL cd). It's totally ridiculous!!!!!! The VAT charge of £6.44 - I have no objections to paying that. But a "Parcelforce Clearance Fee" of £13.50????!!!!!!!!!!!! That's a fucking crime against humanity!!!
