Just select the "box office collection" delivery option. Then you can bring a print-out of the order confirmation and the card you booked with then walk into the box office at the front of the venue (with it's own entrance, with little to no queue) on the day and get your ticket. And, I might add, beat most of those who have their tickets and are queueing to the barrier.

I can't promise they'll have this option but I've never known them not to.
