Nicky Wire insists that he can vote in the Scottish parliament because he thinks that being a member of the MSP is the same as being an MSP. However he is not allowed as, apart from not being elected, when the Scottish parliament was founded, it was made law that 'no skirt wearing jessies' would even be allowed in the parliament building.
