I always thought there were two, but reading that back makes me wonder if he wasn't talking about two title options. Who Killed Christmas sounds like it shares the same theme as GOC.

The reason I think this is because he could only be describing the title as 'a bit Pogues-y', unless that was one of his poorer descriptions of what a song sounds like.

PS. This would mean it's JDB's best ever lyric!
