I have to say, there are many of us who are as obsessed with the band just like Gutless Wonder. I love the variety of the Manics' output, and genuinely like all their albums. All except Failure Bound anyway but at least that's just one song. I loved JFPL and KYE, but also loved LB and TIMT. The variety is great, they still keep me motivated lyrics wise, and are still a great live act - I understand the setlist moans but as I only do 2 gigs a tour I don't mind anyway, I'm just pleased they are still doing music. The forum does seem to have changed in recent years with more criticism of the band, perhaps even more so than in the 90's when they really changed direction. Maybe that's more a reflection of the internet than the band though.
Anyway, I hope the single does well, I do wish though that the video cut to live footage at the climax of the song, that would have been euphoric.

Well said JimmiB!
