I haven't come across the version of Generation Terrorists with a cassette of Suicide Is Painless 'Sellotaped to it'. Did they charge £80 for it?
They did rebunded GT with the MASH single when MASH hit the charts as the track wasn't on the album. I don't recall it as being more expensive though. Nowdays they'd just put MASH onto the end of the CD/cassette, but 20 years ago it wasn't uncommon for things like this to happen. It wasn't anything to write home about, just the standard GT cassette and standard MASH single.
