I believe (as a lawyer) that action can be taken in terms of a conduct of relevance if not in terms of Criminal Law, at least, in terms of Bankruptcy Law.
So if someone finds a proper police division to refer to, they can collect the names of the people who made the purchases and proceed accordingly.
Because the strange thing is there should be, by now, an appointed liquidator of AMUTI to handle also our positions.
I hope not to have been too "legalese".
