Studio Owner : Sorry, it's not for sale. I like it too much.

JDB : Seriously. I'll give you a good price. I really want it.

SO (polite but firm) : I'm really really not selling it. Sorry.

JDB : You f@cking snot-nosed w@nker. Who the f&ck do you think you are? Etc.

SO : You and the band leave now. This and all your future sessions are cancelled. I don't care if you are a famous band. Out of my studio."
