Manics covers that were better than the originals...
... and the ones that missed the mark.
What do you think, people? Where did the boys excel and where should they have thought again? Personally, I think "Umbrella," "Working Class Hero," "Pennyroyal Tea," "Charles Windsor" and "Wrote for Luck" vastly improved on the originals. On the side, I much prefer the originals of "Velocity Girl," "Red Sleeping Beauty," "What's My Name" Funny, with the 3 McCarthy covers, I kind of feel "Charles Windsor" is amazing, "Bourgeois" (sp.?) is as good as the original, and "Red Sleeping Beauty" is pretty weak. One from each category
