What's the story with the Let Robeson Sing video? Was this stock footage? I doubt it, but it's possible. Does anyone know?

I post this on the day that the Press has finally revealed what happened with Phillip Schofield. I remember I left a post here (albeit drunk) about his duplicity and I faced an onslaught of accusations of homophobia. Meh. He has today admitted to manipulating a young runner who he met when the runner was at school. Anyway! Back to the question! It's a beautiful video!
