Welsh Rock For Refugees

Previously unreleased William's Last Words (Underworld mix r37br11) on £10 30-track bandcamp album for charity:

https://welshrockforrefugees.bandcamp.com/

Quote:
Manic Street Preachers’ Nicky Wire said: “It’s a real honour to be able to give this previously unreleased piece of music to such a worthy cause and for it to sit alongside so many brilliant Welsh artists.”
I would like to add:

Chockablok!

Thanks for the link. Bought it. And yes - a worthy cause.

Doesn't look like it, but you get the option of FLAC files as part of the purchase, so you could burn your own CD(s) and it would be actual CD quality. It's only a tenner and for a good cause.

It's a good remix, btw - and there are lots of other excellent tracks on the album too.

Absolutely love this remix - better than the one included on JFPL Remixes album Lots of other interesting tracks on the album too.

The 6 minute version on the remix album is one of my favourite remixes ever, and is much better IMO than the 'proper' version. I can't afford this compilation until I get paid on Tuesday, but I'll be getting it then and can't wait to hear the extended remix.

You can hear the tracks before buying the album. The play buttons next to the track titles let you hear the songs in full, not just a sample.

I like the remix, it's quite relaxing.

Agree with this. It's far better: sounds more like Underworld and more like an effort at re-interpreting the very essence of the original, whereas the version on JFPL Remixes sounds too warm and dawn-like.

'Underworld mix r37br11' - really, they could have replaced its working title! - is already on my most-played tracks list.
