Gah, I thought the tour meant we must be getting Futurology earlier than expected. At least they'll be playing some new songs from it though and the message does make the gigs sound like good fun ones

If the album is finished, which it sounds as if it is, I see no reason why it coun't be out by March?

It's all about fucking strategic reasons. They could make the album available the day after it was mastered if they really wanted to. Chart positions are irrelevant these days.

True. I appreciate that they want to get the artwork and stuff right though.

Also, didn't he Tweet that there would be "lots" of Manics news this week? Just a tour announcement so far as far as I can see!

Bit of a rumour that Hey!Hello! (Ginger Wildheart and Victoria Liedtke) could be one of the support acts on the tour.

Must say their album is an impossible to dislike, addictive as hell pop-rock record, so hope there's some truth in this!
