Haha! Why do you care so much about what the audience does or doesn't do? I personally couldn't care less how people in the audience react, I'm there to hear live music not see a bunch of people hopping about or doing that "shouty pointy" thing. Audiences are irrelevant to me.

They could be to you, but when you're there, if you're a real fan, you can feel the band's disappointment, and it hurts.
