I just rang the cafe too. They said it would be rescheduled in the new year but they didn't know when.

As far as Absolute Radio and Columbia/sony winners go this is not a fundraising event so no cans are required. All Hard Rock Cafe winners have this written at the bottom of their tickets due to the Hard Rock Cafe charity event - Hope this helps. Having said that I'll still be bringing the soup I brought yesterday! Look forward to seeing everyone there tomorrow.
Thanks for the clarification about this! I received a text this morning to say that the gig has now been cancelled, shame cos I was really looking forward to this, especially as I haven't seen the boys this year (thanks to Brixton being re-scheduled). Poor James though, get well soon lovely! xx

Saving himself for Strictly Come Dancing perhaps? I really hope that's not the case.

Blackwood looks dodgy (although maybe he chose between the two events and chose the home town one), but Brum is two weeks away. Good chance of recovery there, especially as we don't know how long he's had it.

Oh i forgot about the Blackwood gig etc. Well, hope people found out in time before traveling up to London for this, considering how bad the snow is. Take a rest James.

yeah, but he recovered well long enough for Aus. Just don't know whether they'd cancel a gig twice?
I also have no idea of their schedule between Blackwood and Brum, so it would all depend on how many days completely off he has.

Hard Rock Cafe just posted it on facebook too

Unfortunately, due to illness tonights Manic Street Preachers show at Hard Rock Cafe has been postponed. The bands lead singer, James-Dean Bradford is suffering from Laryngitis and is unable to perform. The show will be rescheduled for next year. Apologies for any inconvienence this has caused to those on the guest list!

That Bradford guy is really starting to get on my wick. He only plays the triangle, ffs.
