The 10th anniversary edition is no longer available digitally as the live/demo/session tracks from it are included as a bonus disc on the digital release of the 20th anniversary one, superseding it. Something similar happened with the original version of GT being pulled when its 20th anniversary edition was released.

did anyone listen to the "remastered" songs then?
any significant difference?
i doubt there will be, since this got remastered for the 10th anniversary.
perhaps the b-sides? (but then again most are live tracks and mixes)

--- edit - just read dancing kirby's post. interesting. i'll give it a listen soon. hope the vinyl sounds good.

I'm buying a record player and starting a vinyl collection just because of THB re-issue. Cannot wait to hear it.

Mines just arrived, perfect condition. It is so beautiful I just don't want to open it. Think I'll just sit and look at it for a while...

Mine had arrived when I got home from my weekend away last night. Not had a chance to listen to the main album yet, but listened to the live disc in the car this morning. Enjoyed that.

Just recieved it. Had a look through the booklet. there's a lot of fascinating pictures in there such as the US tour dates and an alternative SIS cover that has bith remixes and cover tracks. Only wish that they didn't have cram everything in and overlay it all.

Going to give the CDs a listen now.

Mine just arrived today. The vynil sounds genuinley stunning - without wanting to sound like one of those tedious audiophiles harping on about the warmth of an LP, it's so great to hear the album like this.

I have to confess I haven't even listened to the remastered stuff, or in fact anything other than the live sets.

Bliss. Forgot just how fucking good they were back then. Damn even Richey's thrashing in my left ear sounds perfect.

Worth every penny for this alone. I'll probably get round to the other stuff at some point, but in the meantime, back to the Astoria...

The remastering is superb - it sounds amazing to be honest. Now, if they can just do this for GATS and I'll be happy.

I paid fucking 3o dollars on the shipment so i'm fucking expecting this to arrive by the end of the week, wrapped in a pink gift bag, with some glitter seeping out of it.

Now THAT I would buy. Without any thought or doubt. Nice to see some GATS love on the live tracks (typed with Drug Drug Druggy) which was a surprise.
