Damn, they could have sold them half price? I'd so go for a knock-off spinal tap one over a proper one, I even have an English Gentleman 7" with a non-central hole.

Isn't the emg look pretty much cosy and unoffensive?

Aw no blue camo on the webshop? I want the tackiness of wearing camo in public without looking like I'm the landing party of a literal salvation army.

I think I'll get me the black and baby blue t-shirts anyway, I can hoover my house in those.

Exactly, it was the band "coming clean" about being boring white boys from Wales, and being comfortable with it. Shedding the rock star skin and losing the pretentious edginess. It was actually a very punk thing to do in my eyes, saying that we don't need this skin-deep bravado and rebellious facade to write intelligent songs and be politically/culturally aware.

I see your point, but they did manage some good quotations on the back of the EMG-era t-shirts - e.g. 'When freedom exists there will be no state'; I'm not asking for a 'Who's Responsible? etc.', after all!

(Then again, now I'm older and more boring, I might not appreciate quotations-on-the-back as much as I think I might...)

Oddly enough as I walked away from the arena after it had finished, I notice someone outside selling bootleg clothing of the band. Including a red hoodie!
Although it looked like it would disintegrate after the first wash so... Walked on. Walked on.
With a handful of roll ups in my jacket pocket.

Its a basic light blue rubber wrist band like they do for charitys and the like with bands name the album written on it. Nothing too exciting.
