Have an amazing gig!

Glad you had such a good time Librarian On Fire (and friends), it was lovely to read about
In hindsight now, I don't know if Sean meant the second album will be darker COMPARED to "Rewind The Film". Or darker compared to all their work. The context was a little lost.

Thank you.

Darker is good for me. You've got to love Sean.

Found out last night a colleague of my brother-in-law received 20 free tickets to the gig tonight from Vector Arena, who are one of his customers. Kinda hoping I get a call today saying one of them has been held for me on the door, buying one is going to almost clean me out but it will be worth the temporary financial pain (benefit is paid on Thursday).

Oh, and, TONIGHT PEOPLE! TONIGHT!!!

Well this is from the interview on the Newspaper/Magazine Appearances thread. Sounds good to me:

The first album is slightly more commercial, I guess…the second one is not. But they’re both pretty miserable.

Holy crap, eight odd hours till the doors open for the gig. I'd ask when the locals expect to get in, but I've already been warned about the traffic...

The traffic isn't bad at that time of day if you're going against it (which I assume you will be). Where are you coming from?

Shortland Street. I picked the hotel because not only was it in walking distance, it was a downhill walk. Some things just aren't worth taking chances over.
