Listening to it all the time in the car and looking forward to having it blasting away at work at the end of the year!

Also still listening to it everyday, though now the walk to work consists of me not able to decide which Manics song I want to listen to.

I don't listen to it all the time but it's one of the albums I keep returning to at the moment during really sunny, bright mornings when I do the daily commute. Works rather well with the crispy, sunny autumn drowsiness.

I still really like and parts of it keep growing more and more on me, always feel a bit disappointed though by the lacklustre final cluster (bar Future). If that was something different, we'd be talking about something I might be properly addicted to.

Listening to it once or twice a day at home but it has been removed from my iPod (though Postcards From A Young Man, Golden Platitudes, All We Make Is Entertainment and Don't Be Evil are still on there in "fantasy setlists", and a few demos have made it into an 'acoustic' playlist).

Regards,
Marwood.

I completely concur with this. It makes for a remarkably good travel album.

+1

It's my going home from work album. I've played it on every journey home for the last 3 weeks or so and it hasn't got old yet.

When I'm listening to one song I get excited about the next track that's coming on so that's a very good sign!

Every time I bung the album I just get swept away by how brilliant Golden Platitudes is. For me, it's the Design For Life or Motorcycle Emptiness of the album. Just wanted to say that.

The way James sings 'As did the partnership' gets me every time. It's all sung brilliantly of course but that line just has a certain simmering anger in it.

I agree with the good for travelling vibe, especially in the autumn weather.
