Lol, they are mine, not many people under 30 up where we were sitting. Probably why some think the crowd a bit 'subdued', its not that we don't enjoy it it feels a bit saft to be bouncing around screaming over 50

Hope no-one got caught out by the parking on Fold Street, last time it was free parking, this time there was a quid charge and probably a £50 fine if the warden caught you.

James couldn't remember if they played at the Civic on the Holy Bible tour, they did and I was there. It was my second MSP gig, the first being at the same venue on the GATS tour. The thing that stood out for me from THB tour gig was 1. someone climbed onto the speakers from the balcony and jumped down onto the stage, they have bouncers there now to stop that from happening and 2. James was using a cordless guitar (I think-I guess it could have been an extra long cord) and jumped down into the area between the barrier and the stage whilst continuing to play and walked through the door on the right hand side of the stage as you look at it and walked up and down the corridor where the bar is located all the time while continuing to play - cant remember what song this was though, but wont ever forget it

I can't bounce around at my age either, knees and back totally gone! Seating for me I think from now on It did look a bit crazy towards the front at times, especially during the "hits"! Bloody hits

I noticed how many old ones in the seats looked totally bored with anything played after TIMT.

Heard Enola/Alone too many times now... never thought I'd ever say that. Not an amazing live track either, decent on the album though. EMG generally isn't one of my favourites. You know what I prefer so let's not take this any further But JFPL is one of my favourite albums ever so that blows any theory that I like middle of the road shit right out of the water....

Where I was in Cardiff there were a few "This isn't on National Treasures is it?" kind of looks during Archives Of Pain...

Yes, mine too. A real shame they're ignoring it this tour.

Would make more sense to play JFPL songs rather than revisiting THB songs at half speed I'd be delighted to hear She Bathed Herself In A Bath Of Bleach and I think that's by far the worst song on that album.

They're just playing up to casual fans. Need to drop stuff like It's Not War, Tolerate, You Love Us, You Stole The Sun, Motown Junk. It's obvious they're just going through the motions during those songs.

You Love Us and Motown Junk are really fun live though. James really hates You Love Us though doesn't he? I remember him saying he wants to drop it from the set, but Wire won't allow such a thing.
