I think I'd feel the same too, even though I'm part of the 'younger audience'!

Ok, when Nicky describes the album cover that way, for some reason, it makes a bit more sense?

actually the first thought I had about that cover was wanting to see Brassed Off again.

Look, I'm making a really simple point. Dislike 'Postcards' all you want. Just don't pretend that the whole world agrees with you, and keep repeating it over and over as though it's true.
But it is shit.

I LIKE POSTCARDS! In fact I LOVE Postcards and I could present you with a very dreary, intensely-intense essay for why, but... just so you know... I love that damn album!!!

YAY RADIATING THE POSTCARDS LOVE!

I don't get all the PFAYM hate to be honest, it's not my favourite but there are parts of it I really like. Its just a shame they didn't release them parts. Or play them live.

I find it strange the band say it has been one of their favourite records but when promoting it hardly played any of it. The first gig I saw on the PFAYM tour was at Southend and they played erm...4 songs from it.. FOUR FUCKING SONGS! And they were all the shit ones. Imagine that, for an album that the band love apparently.
