Nope, ordered 3 copies. Charged for 1. Emailed them on release date regarding this issue. Haven't heard a thing. Wondering if they know the meaning of incompetence or customer service. Never-ever-again.

Not received mine yet - it's beyond shoddy.

I mean, fair play to the guys who have bought this from an actual shop but for those that pre-ordered it to have to wait like this is incompetence of the highest level.

I should've just bought mine in a shop instead of ordering. For some reason, I was under the impression that the vinyl was order only until I saw it on a shelf.

I've just telephoned the company up and spoke to someone. He can't see anything on his system (apparently) other than the fact the magazine/vinyl exist. I told him its available in stores and its a bit unfair the the pre-orders havnt been dispatched. I'd suggest more people telephone them to put some pressure on. The telephone number is:08451 204600

phoning is a bit costly from my side of the world, and i suspect that is a "share call" or premium number which one cannot call from outside the UK anyway. i'll fire off an email today too, see if i get a reply.

Yeah 0845 is a premium number. But if a few people who live in the UK can do it, well hopefully someone might get an answer.

International +44 1858 438866

Dont know if thats premium or not?

I wrote this off a while back. They didn't give me an order number with my confirmation email, they took my money without sending a processing/dispatch email, they wouldn't pay Quidco my cashback and now, according to the above, they've screwed everything up to the point that 'they can't see anything on the system'.

You live and you learn and you make sure you never use a company like this twice.

I know that coming here to complain is a bit pointless, but I'm really sick and tired of this thing, I don't even want this fucking mag or this fucking vinyl anymore.
If they want to reply to my email/charge my credit card/send me my order, fine, otherwise I'm not going to lose my sleep on this.

Same here. It's tarnished now. If/when I contact them, it will be for a refund regardless of whether it's still available in shops. If these transactions go through, they're still making money off of us, which I feel uncomfortable with.

At least in the past with Townsend or Recordstore it's been a vast minority that experienced problems, not everyone who ordered.

I want a refund from this useless company. Why didn't I just risk it being in my local WHSmith (which it is) instead of pre ordering? Annoyed at myself more, but what an utterly useless company.

i understand the frustrations / kicking yourself going on for you UK based purchasers, but bear in mind that us outside the UK had little choice but to use them. to that end, actually a big "thank you" for keeping the pressure on them as it were, and all the updates you are giving, whilst obviously not the answers you want, are helpful to me and i am sure others.

i've just fired off a mail to them asking to confirm that they have shipped; got one of them "reference numbers" in return straight away, shall keep you posted as best i can.

I've emailed them too, asking where it is and if I can get a refund or not. I've had a reply saying they've got the email, we'll see if I get a decent reply.

not sure how it works exactly over there, but here (and i am pretty sure most countries have this in place) you cannot charge someone's card unless you have actually met your end, i.e. shipped the magazine.

if anyone has been charged and not had confirmation of shipping i suggest you contact your bank and put a disputed transaction claim in.

i can't right now as they're my only hope, in my best Princess Leia voice, of getting this. will wait and see what reply i get; if none by the end of the week i will just go and get the transaction reversed.

I still haven't got my copy through the post and have been charged. I'm really not happy about it.

The only thing that made it better was that I saw a copy in Preston on Saturday and bought one then. It's a lovely piece but wish I'd not ordered one now.

Shambolic of Greatmagazines/Bauer Media.

I got mine in W.H. Smith today. All I'll say to those still without is hang in there, because Endless Plain of Fortune is great.

But I love PFAYM too so you might want to ignore my opinion (!).
