Great review of the polaroid book on 6music this morning-really got the whole idea-lovelyxx

He hasn't mentioned NT's sales performance recently. No tweet is bad news for Manics chart positions in the world of the Wire.

I wonder how many stars he would give for the NT box set design and packaging.

To be fair, Nick has a history of liking generic indie bands who's lyrics say nothing so I'm suprised he's been critical of AM.

His liking of Wu Lyf is more worrying for me. They're the biggest PR con without any substance since...well...since Arctic Monkeys apparently got to number one without any publicity, despite my first hearing the God-awful 'Dancefloor' on BBC1 on The Culture Show (I think it was) before it was actually released.

Well, at least he got his tweet in there before the chart was announced. Must have been a close battle.

A good result, though, and one that puts the November curse of Lifeblood to rest. Unless it drops out of the top 50 next week and we are still ALL DOOMED when it comes to the Christmas market.

It is Christmas now, isn't it? JDB must have had his tree up for a couple of weeks at this point.
