I love SATT and PFAYM too! And The Great Western as well, of course.

Not trying to turn this into Lifeblood appreciation but...That record is immense
Glasnost is mega - Wire knows it is really If he doesn't - well at least if he reads this he will now |

There's no excuse for James not liking it, being a fan of Simple Mind's Reel To Real Cacophony and all that!

A force from above. I think the fact that the Wire seems to hate it secures Glasnost as my current number one favourite... just to be awkward

I hope the day will come when they admit that Lifeblood is not rubbish but a beautiful album.I think it's ridicolous they haven't done it yet.

Maybe it's because it's not that good? Runs before GW sees this

i am wondering if there is enough of us to do this, whether you like the album or not.
recent research says that 700 sales of an album should land it in the top 200 for a week (the fucking awful Ringo 2012 did). are there enough of us to unleash a purchase of it, either CD or download, in one week to get it in the chart? most places i have searched have it for under a fiver, thus it is not all that an expensive thing to do. i am prepared to stump up for an extra copy or two just to see what he tweets about it. who is with me?
