Having read the new lists I am *so* impressed with Sean's list of favourite cars!

I'm not a huge fan of paperchase actually, the large one on tottenham court road is pretty amazing but a lot of the ones at stations and in department stores lack in lot in content and are arguably card shops not stationary shops.

I do buy markers and things but generally I'd use staples for things like that because it goes accross the board, you can get your basics but stickers and glitter pens too, plus it opposite the station and stays open till 8 though I can see why it would be inconvenient for others as its not a shop you can just pop into.

I'm quite glad Rymans didn't get in as its often disappointing but it'd argue partners should be in there as well.

I've bought several nice notebooks from Paperchase - for basic stationery needs I'll just go to Staples or WH Smith, but I like Paperchase for 'special' stationery.

I don't like Rymans, it always seems too computer/office based and rarely has the things I want. I've never been in a proper Partners shop, but I think they've taken over Stationery Box now?

Is what's on the website at the minute.

Yay, more updates!

But I hope they don't touch the music section as I can't imagine anything living up to the badass promise.

Maybe they're going to add those girls to the website as a "subversive" feature. The video is what happens when you type "autumnsong"

Clearly whoever does these things appreciates how weird some people are, as on their myspace theres a message that says:

The Manics official site has been taken down for a short while and will be back online this afternoon.

We are making some changes to make it more interactive for you with more content. Hope you like the updated lists so far from James and Nicky.

So please be patient it will be back later today.
so now I don't have to check for whats new every half an hour
