For fuck's sake. Looks like there will be a four-minute sulking session for me to take pictures in after all...
Gah, it's soooooo tedious! |

Nah, just the comments that were being made in May that for the next album they were going to do a 30 date tour and play some places they hadn't been before.
You know what its like though - whether thats still the plan a year down the line when they release the thing or not - who knows, I've certainly not heard anything to the countary though. |

HAHA! I knew it! No Take the Skinheads Bowling...I'm crushed! Hopefully they reinsert it for the Toronto show. I'm not holding my breath though.
Still, I like the fact that their switching things up a bit...all bands with that have been around as long as they have should do this. I see Let Robeson Sing was played last night. I guess that theory about it being included for it's perceived anti-American content kind of lost some steam with it's inclusion last night. LOL! Good set but I think I prefer Seattle's set a bit more. Sounds like a good turn out in Van, but I'm really surprised they didn't sellout the venue. I guess waiting ten years for a return combined with very little publicity doesn't bode well for them. I'm not complaining though - less people means a better viewing/listening experience. Thank you ooberfan and Vancouver for your thoughts on the gig - looking forward to a more indepth review. |

Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with you even though I've never been particularly fond of that song. I'd love to hear it live though and see how they interpret it 16 years later. Now that I've said that, watch it be cut from the Toronto set! LOL!

Just wanted to come out of hiding to say last night was brilliant. I'm not good at judging crowd size, maybe 7 or 800? Mass singing along, my ears are still ringing. And meeting James earlier in the day was the icing on the cake, what a gentleman. Cheers to all. xxx

Ooh, more about meeting James! Where did you meet him, outside the venue?

Wo, completely missed this! Still annoyed about Take The Skinheads Bowling though, I hope they bring it back or at least alternate it as I was really looking forward to that one.
