Agreed! I'm trying to imagine manics + sonic youth guitars now...

I am so excited for the return of b-sides, guys. So excited.

We have our new stage entrance music! I quite liked Alien Orders/Invisible Armies being used on the JFPL gigs

I sometimes wonder why they do the odd instrumental. They're always relegated to b-sides and with no singing in there they're hardly memorable so disappear into nothingness. I can only slightly remember one instrumental they've done cos it was cool sounding....can't remember its name though off the top of my head.

The Vorticists?
I love the instrumentals, so happy they're working on more.

Horses Under Starlight from the EMG era? With Sean's epic Trumpet playing too. Instrumentals are just another way of expressing. Sometimes when you can't find the words to say/sing, they just let the music do the talking… you interpret it however you want.

Actually you're both right Loz and Mothers are Saints, I like both those, but The Vorticists is my favourite one, yeah.

It does bug me though when an instrumental sounds like it was meant to have words written for it.
However I am a fan of instrumental tracks.

I don't like that. there are however a couple of cool instrumentals though, already mentioned The Vorticists or You Know It's Going To Hurt

Sounds great. But why aren't I receiving these updates!? It's the only reason I logged into Twitter in the last year.

The Vorticists is one of my favourite Manics tracks, although the instrumental that followed it was utter shite. Let's hope this one is decent but it'll have to be REALLY good to top TV.
