Unbelievable. I said it last night and I'll say it again, they sounded as if 1996 had been sick, and that sick went on to form a band. They were terible.

Nicky likes some right rubbish, and Peace are at the top of that heap.

Ah great stuff! Would love to hear it again, one of the highlights of Truth. Hope James does Black Dog too

Ooh I'd be more than happy if Ready For Drowning was the only 'rarer' song played at Festival No.6. It's one of my favourite Manics songs and it'd be very fitting to play it on that occasion.

Nooooooooo!!! They'll dust it off for that one outing and I won't be able to go cause I'm in Stavanger that weekend! Why!? (It was to be expected, though, wasn't it?) Definitely ready for drowning myself, now...

Black Dog would be amazing! That one live recording of it from...Cardiff '98 maybe?...is a staple on my playlist -- it works so well as a solo acoustic thing. Someday...

It's an incredible song and works wonderfully live. I can't recall much of the '98 version - I think I have it on mp3 somewhere.

It'd be wrong not to play it. The gig isn't far from the reservoir/town it is about.

Which one? Good to see SATT getting rehearsed, and Prologue. Less so praising Four Tet.
