If you've already bought the album, just download the bonus track. Not worth working yourself up into a lather over it, and I'm sure MSP couldn't care less. Bonus tracks are for making sure Japan buys their own version, not for making sure the UK buys 2 copies.

This Japanese bonus track could be on the Deluxe Edition over here, with it being a 'bonus' over there for the standard album. Probably won't be though.
