I guess I'm a little impatient at news and partly a little dismissive of these EMG shows.

Looking forward to these EMG gigs, bit gutted that I won't be going to the first night now. Wonder what they'll chuck in the second set, looking back at the Holy Bible ones it was great seeing Removeables, Condemned To Rock N' Roll, Donkeys, Dreaming A City and Sex Power Love And Money chucked in. Especially surprised with Condemned last time, to see anything from the 90s they'd never played before was a proper treat, hope they're tempted to pluck out summat else they've never played...

Since they've said a couple of times how easy they've found it to play EMG in full, there's surely scope to play some rare stuff in the second set.

Yeah, they billed the Holy Bible gigs' second sets to be curios and rarities, and considering they've only got a dozen or so songs for the second set and there are a few staples, I think they did well. They did mention doing some new stuff at Swansea though, whether they do on the rest of the tour will be interesting to see. Wonder how much if any of Futurology or Rewind The Film will get kept.

It was great on the Summer tour that they brought Removeables back, wonder if they'll have similar thinking and bring back something less played from This Is My Truth, I'd love to see em pick out summat like You're Tender And You're Tired or even Be Natural which they've never played. Sods. As for the Everything Must Go era thing I'll be surprised if Can't Take My Eyes Off You doesn't get a play, maybe they'll do Take The Skinheads Bowling again. Looking forward to whatever they do, finally gonna see Further Away.

Whoever is currently looking after the @Manics account doesn't fully get the interactive aspect of Twitter. Several times, there have been calls to "share your pictures and memories" along with a hashtag (#EMGMEMORIES, #ManicsLive2015 etc.), but there's never any follow-up once the conversation is started. It's the equivalent of asking a question then turning your back when someone answers. I'm not saying that every fan comment has to be liked, RTed and replied to but this is too one-sided. Unreciprocated.

Perhaps it just isn't worth anyone's effort for only 116K followers...

They did release the THB memories on Facebook, though I don't know about the others.

There seems to be a lot of Russian stuff on the Manics Twitter account. Wonder if it's been hacked.

It looks fine on my iPad. Weird that my work PC was riddled with Russian.

On Twitter Sean said that was 7 tracks. I seriously thought it was "7 Thanks" but written in shorthand.
